The device has become unusable due to wear and damage;

The license was issued on the basis of forged documents or in violation of the established procedure;

an application has been received regarding the loss (theft) of the driver's license;

a new driver's license has been issued;

The driver has been diagnosed with medical contraindications to driving.

Replacing an expired driver's license

You can replace your driver's license without waiting for it to expire.
But, as indicated on the traffic police website, not earlier than 6 months before the end of its validity.
