Reducing the traffic police fine with quick payment

Traffic police fines with a 50% discount in 2019

In accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated December 22, 2014 N 437-FZ, amendments were made to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which allow, from January 1, 2016, to pay a fine for violating the Traffic Rules in the amount of half the amount of the fine imposed.

Discount on fines

Traffic fines with a 50% discount

Part 1.3 has been added to Article 32.2 with the following text:

1.3. When an administrative fine is paid by a person held administratively liable for committing an administrative offense provided for in Chapter 12 of this Code, with the exception of administrative offenses provided for in Part 1.1 of Article 12.1, Article 12.8, Parts 6 and 7 of Article 12.9, Part 3 of Article 12.12, Part 5 of the Article 12.15, part 3.1 of article 12.16, articles 12.24, 12.26, part 3 of article 12.27 of this Code, no later than twenty days from the date of the decision to impose an administrative fine, an administrative fine may be paid in the amount of half the amount of the imposed administrative fine. If the execution of the decision to impose an administrative fine was delayed or spread out by the judge, body, or official who issued the decision, the administrative fine is paid in full.

Please note that 20 days are counted from the date of the decision. This period is not shifted either by the period of appeal or by the period of postal forwarding, if, for example, the violation is recorded on camera in automatic mode.

In order not to get into a situation where the resolution is “lost” at the post office or at the traffic police department and, as a result, lose the 50% discount, we recommend that you regularly check fines using one of the methods convenient for you.

Part 1.1 of Article 29.10 has been supplemented with information that the resolution must indicate information on the amount of the fine, taking into account the discount

1.1. If an administrative fine is imposed, the resolution in a case of an administrative offense, in addition to the information specified in Part 1 of this article, must indicate information about the recipient of the fine, necessary in accordance with the rules for filling out settlement documents for the transfer of the amount of the administrative fine, as well as information about the amount of the administrative fine. a fine that may be paid in accordance with Part 1.3 of Article 32.2 of this Code.

Formal changes have also been made to some articles. The amendments mean that only half of the fine can be paid for traffic offenses if payment is made within 20 days after the decision is issued.

Payment of traffic fines with a 50% discount

Since 2016, a special procedure for paying traffic fines with a 50 percent discount has been introduced. However, many motorists are still confused about what violations this rule applies to and how to apply it.

What fines can be paid with a 50 percent discount?

Federal Law No. 437-FZ of December 22, 2014 introduced changes to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, thanks to which it became possible to pay only half the amount of the debt for a violation. However, the 50 percent discount does not apply to violations:

Repeated driving of a vehicle not registered in the prescribed manner (Part 1.1, Article 12.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Driving or handing over the steering wheel to a person who is intoxicated (Article 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Repeated speeding (parts 6 and 7 of Article 12.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Repeated driving through a red traffic light (Part 3 of Article 12.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Repeated entry into the oncoming lane (Part 5 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Repeated movement in the opposite direction on a one-way road (Part 3.1 of Article 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Causing minor or moderate harm to health (Article 12.24 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Refusal of a medical examination (Article 12.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Drinking alcohol after an accident (Part 3 of Article 12.27 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

Also, those violations that are subject only to deprivation of rights remain without benefits. All other articles from Chapter 12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation are subject to a discount. But, periodically it is worth checking the relevance of Part 1.3 of Article 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, since sometimes amendments are made and the list of administrative fines that fall under the benefit can be adjusted.

What is the deadline for paying a traffic police fine with a 50% discount?

Part 1.3 of Article 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation regulates the timing of payment of half the fine:

If a copy of the decision imposing an administrative fine, sent to a person held administratively liable by registered mail, was received at his address after the expiration of twenty days from the date of such decision, this period is subject to restoration by the judge, body, official, who made such a decision, at the request of a person brought to administrative responsibility. The decision to reject the said petition may be appealed in accordance with the rules established by Chapter 30 of this Code. If the execution of the decision to impose an administrative fine was delayed or spread out by the judge, body, or official who issued the decision, the administrative fine is paid in full.

Part 1.3 of Article 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

those. You can pay for it at a discount within 20 days from the date of the decision to impose an administrative fine, and not after the decision comes into force. It is worth noting here that after the protocol is issued, you are given 10 days to appeal it, after which it comes into legal force.

A decision in a case of an administrative offense comes into force:
1) after the expiration of the period established for appealing a decision in a case of an administrative offense, if the said decision has not been appealed or protested;

Part 1 of Article 31.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

A complaint against a decision in a case of an administrative offense may be filed within ten days from the date of delivery or receipt of a copy of the decision.

Part 1 of Article 30.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

But, if you want to get a benefit for repaying the debt, then as soon as the fine has been issued, you must make the payment within 20 days.

For a certain time, you will be given the opportunity to pay for the violation, after which the discount will expire and the fine will have to be paid in full.

There is one more nuance - if the court has ordered a deferment or installment payment, the amount will be paid in full.

On January 7, 2019, amendments to Art. 31.8 and 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation on the possibility of reinstating the missed deadline for paying the traffic police fine at a discount.

If you received your registered letter after 20 days, you can restore the payment deadline and still pay the fine at a discount. Late delivery will be confirmed by receipt of registered mail.

On December 21, 2018, the bill was approved by the Federation Council. On December 28, 2018, the bill was signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and has now entered into legal force.

From what day is the grace period for payment calculated?

We figured out the deadline, but how to count: 20 calendar or working days? The GIS GMP system, which accepts payments for fines, operates around the clock. It is she who then sends information about debt repayment to the traffic police. Therefore, in this case it is necessary to count calendar days.

The required period should be counted from the next day after receiving the decision. For example, you were issued a document on 02/01/2019, the countdown starts from 02/02/2019, and the grace period ends on 02/21/2019.

1. The time periods provided for by this Code are calculated in hours, days, days, months, years. The duration of the period defined by the period begins on the next day after the calendar date or the occurrence of the event that determines the beginning of the period.

3. The period, calculated in days, expires on the last day of the established period. If the end of a period calculated in days falls on a non-working day, the last day of the period is considered to be the first working day following it.

Where can I pay a traffic fine with a 50% discount?

Almost all modern services for paying fines are equipped with a system that determines the required amount to pay off the fine. In any case, you can use both online methods and by visiting a bank branch in person.

Online payment of half of the traffic police fine without commission by resolution number

The resolution number, also known as UIN, is the most accurate way to find and pay a fine. Thanks to it, you can make payments on almost any online service.

Consider the possibility of payment on our website. You do not need to register, just indicate the UIN in the “Resolution No.” field and click on the “Check fines” button.

If you find a fine, you will be asked to pay it in any way convenient for you.

Also, I would like to mention one of the popular services - Yandex.Money. You can search for fines using your driver's license and vehicle registration certificate, and also make payments using a paper order.

How to pay a traffic police fine with a 50 percent discount through Sberbank Online?

Online payment at a discount through Sberbank will not take much of your time.

First of all, you need to log in to your personal account.

Next, on the main page, select “Payments and transfers”.

In the section “Staff Police, taxes, duties, budget payments” click on “Staff Police”;

If you have the resolution in hand, then in the page that opens, mark “Payment by receipt”; if not, then search for fines.

In the required line, indicate the order number, select the card to make the payment and click the “Continue” button.

If the fine falls under the conditions for providing a 50% discount, then half will be indicated in the final amount.

As soon as the payment is made, do not forget to print the receipt for possible confirmation of repayment of the outstanding fine.

Is it possible to pay half of the fine through State Services?

The single portal also provides the opportunity to pay a fine with a 50% discount. In order to make a payment, you should:

Log in to State Services.

On the main page in the upper right corner there is an automatic search for fines. Click on them and select “By receipt number”.

Enter the UIN and search, then proceed to payment.

Is it possible to pay the fine in installments?

According to parts 1 and 2 of Article 31.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the violator may have the opportunity to pay in installments or after a certain time in the form of:

Delays up to 1 month.

Installments up to 3 months.

1. If there are circumstances due to which the execution of a decision imposing an administrative penalty in the form of administrative arrest, deprivation of a special right, forced expulsion from the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen or stateless person or in the form of an administrative fine is impossible within the established time frame, a judge, body, official the person who made the decision may delay the execution of the decision for up to one month.
2. Taking into account the financial situation of the person brought to administrative responsibility, the payment of the administrative fine may be spread over a period of up to three months by the judge, body, or official who made the decision.

Part 1 and 2 of Article 31.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

But, if payment of the fine was delayed or in installments, then, according to Part 1.3 of Article 32.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, it will no longer be possible to pay with a 50% discount.

Fine for unpaid parking

Violation of the rules of stopping or parking is subject to the opportunity to pay at a discount, but when it comes to paid parking in Moscow, which is regulated by Moscow Law No. 45 of November 21, 2007, then not everything is the same here.

According to Part 2 of Article 8.14 of this law, if you fail to pay for placing a vehicle in a paid parking lot, a fine of 5,000 rubles will be imposed.

And since preferential conditions apply only to Chapter 12 of the Code of Administrative Offences, it will not be possible to pay a fine for non-payment of parking.

Is the discount maintained when appealing a decision to impose a fine?

There is no information in the legislation on the cancellation of the discount in the event of an appeal. But you should remember that if you decide to appeal the punishment, then if you lose the case, you may not have time to pay off the debt with benefits.

According to Part 1 of Article 30.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, 10 days are given for appeal from the date of receipt of the decision, however, the consideration of the complaint itself is given:

10 days – when considered by an official (Part 1 of Article 30.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

2 months – when considered by the court (Part 1.1 of Article 30.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

And please note that once the 20-day period has begun, it will not be suspended in the event of an appeal. Therefore, you should be 100% confident in your rightness and victory, and also have irrefutable evidence in your hands.

Question answer

Perhaps you missed 20 days or the article does not qualify for preferential conditions.

In case of deferment or installment payment, as well as in the event of a repeated violation.

In any convenient way, for example, through our website or the State Services portal.

20 days, provided that the fine arrived on time. If you receive a notice after 20 days, you can appeal the discount period.

What fines cannot be paid with a discount?

To save on paying a fine, you need to do this in the first twenty days after the decision is made. Even a fine of five hundred rubles can be reduced by half. Why is this done? Primarily to increase collection rates. The fact is that, according to statistics, motorists voluntarily pay only 60% of fines. The rest has to be handled by the bailiffs.

And so, in order for drivers to start paying their bills promptly, the corresponding amendments came into force on January 1, 2016. From that moment on, the resolution began to indicate not only the full amount of the fine, but also the amount of payment with a discount.

Car evacuation

  • repeated driving of an unregistered vehicle (part 11 of article 12.1);
  • driving or transferring control to a person who is intoxicated (Article 12.8);
  • repeated speeding by 40 km/h or more (parts 6 and 7 of Article 12.9);
  • repeated passage through a prohibiting traffic light signal (part 3 of article 12.12);
  • repeated entry into the oncoming lane (part 5 of article 12.15);
  • repeated movement in the opposite direction on a one-way road (part 3.1 of article 12.16);
  • violation of rules resulting in harm to the health of the victim (Article 12.24);
  • refusal of a medical examination for intoxication (Article 12.26);
  • use of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances after an accident (part 3 of article 12.27).

Turning from two rows

In addition, the full amount of the fine will need to be paid if, at your request, the court or the traffic police decided to defer or pay the fine in installments. If, by a judge’s decision, you were allowed to pay the fine in installments, for example, over three months, then you will no longer receive a discount.

There are also no discounts for fines for paid parking. The fact is that liability for non-payment of parking in a paid parking lot is established by local authorities, while a 50% discount is prescribed in federal law.

Driving in a dedicated lane

The restriction on some violations raises questions for me. On the one hand, according to legislators, the restriction is associated with the seriousness or repetition of the offense. And that's probably right. But let's look again at the blacklist. Why were other violations not included here, which, as a rule, are committed intentionally and pose a serious threat to other road users?

Testing the driver for alcohol

Take, for example, driving a vehicle by a driver who does not have a license, is deprived of the right to drive, or transferring control to a driver without a license (Article 12.7). Or violations of the rules of movement across railway tracks (Article 12.10), movement on the side of the road (Part 1 of Article 12.15), violations of the transportation of large and dangerous goods (Articles 12.21.1 and 12.21.2). It turns out that if you exceed the speed limit by more than 40 km/h twice, you are dangerous, and you won’t be able to pay the fine with a discount. But legislators did not see any particular danger in regular trips to the side of the road, when the driver risks the life and health of pedestrians.

Violation photo camera

Another problem is decisions from cameras recording violations operating in automatic mode. As a rule, “chain letters” arrive very late, and drivers do not have time to pay the fine with a discount within 20 days, which, by the way, is counted from the moment the decision is issued. There is only one way out. You need to subscribe to notifications of offenses on the Unified Portal of State Services. Then the driver will be able to receive information about fines in a timely manner.

You can pay the discounted receipt at any bank. If you meet the deadline within the first twenty days, the amount of the fine will be automatically reduced. But it’s even cheaper to simply not break it.

Grace period for paying traffic fines

In 2014, the State Duma faced a serious problem: it turned out that of all the fines issued to drivers for traffic violations, 2/3 remained unpaid. Sending all cases to the courts and bailiffs is not an option; these structures have a lot of cases even without car offenders. What to do? The solution was found as follows: a law was formed on the grace period for paying a traffic fine. According to this law, violators, under certain conditions, can pay for their administrative offense at half price. The law was adopted in 2016, and it worked: the number of unpaid administrative penalties was halved. We'll tell you what it looks like and under what conditions you can get a discount in 2019.

Benefits of the grace period

The most obvious advantage: the opportunity to spend 2 times less money. A less obvious benefit: additional driver stimulation. Many fines, having received a letter with a decision for speeding, say to themselves: “It’s only 500 rubles, I won’t pay - they have enough to do without me, they’ll forget.” Indeed, it happens that a person is forgotten, but this happens very rarely. More often than not, a driver at the last moment (when traveling abroad, when selling a car, when changing his license) is surprised to learn that he is subject to a fine, due to which the planned action will have to be cancelled. As a result, everyone suffers: the penitentiary does not get what he wants, the state does not receive money. A 50% discount is a tempting offer that encourages the driver to pay right away and not create problems for himself or others.

Reduced payment period for traffic police fines

The benefit is valid for 20 days from the date of drawing up the protocol. If the violation was recorded using a camera, the discount begins to apply on the day of the violation. There is one interesting nuance associated with this: the letter may arrive to the recipient after the discount has ended. Previously, nothing could be done about this, but in December 2018, the State Duma adopted an amendment according to which a person who received a letter after the expiration of the preferential payment can go to court or the traffic police department and demand the renewal of the benefit. The discount will be extended for another 20 days, the countdown will begin from the day on which the letter was received.

How to correctly calculate the grace period for paying a fine

The countdown begins at the moment the violation is recorded, so the first day is the day when the driver violated the traffic rules and was caught. 20 days – inclusive, the period ends at 23:59:59 on the 20th day.

Let us note an important detail: if you pay by mail, payment may be delayed until the next morning.

A person who paid a fine on the evening of the last day may then be surprised to find a half-paid fine hanging on him. Therefore, you should not delay payment, and if there is no other choice, call the traffic police the next morning and ask if the money arrived on time. If not, you will need to provide them with a receipt.

Basic payment rules

Where can I pay a traffic fine with a 50% discount?

The law was adopted at the state level, so the discount applies to any form and place of payment. The most convenient way is to pay fines at a discount via the Internet - it won’t take much time and the traffic police will receive the money almost instantly. There are a great variety of services, the main ones being Internet banking (Sberbank is especially convenient), the State Services website, and the official website of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate. If you do not have access to the Internet, you can use an ATM. If you need to pay in cash - terminals, bank branches, post office.

Payment procedure if the payment deadline has expired

70 days have passed and the fine has not been paid. What to do?

First, a little theory. If a person does not pay the fine within the allotted 70 days (10 for appeal + 60 for payment), he falls under the article “Evasion of an administrative penalty.” At the same time, he will face a new fine, 2 times larger than the previous one. Monetary punishment can be replaced by arrest or compulsory labor, but this rarely happens. The most important thing: “Evasion of execution” has its own statute of limitations - 3 months.

Now - to practice. If you are overdue on a fine, the first thing you need to do is pay it. If there is no fine, then the traffic police or bailiffs will have no reason to make claims against you. After payment, you will have one task left - to wait out 3 months, during which you may be charged for evasion. Only a judge can issue you a new fine, and you will only get to the judge in one case - if a traffic police officer takes you to you and notices the delay. So drive carefully.

Of course there is an alternative. You pay the fine, go to the traffic police, show the receipt and ask: “Is it okay that I paid late?” Perhaps they will turn a blind eye to your delay.

What traffic police fines can be paid at a discount?

  • driving an unregistered car or a machine without technical inspection;
  • driving a car without signs;
  • the driver lacks documents and rights as such;
  • operation of a vehicle with malfunctions;
  • the seat belt is not fastened, and for motorcyclists there is no helmet;
  • over speed;
  • violation of traffic rules on railway tracks or highways;
  • running a red light, prohibited actions at the intersection in general;
  • violation of the rules when maneuvering, driving around and overtaking;
  • failure to comply with markings and signs;
  • violation of stopping and parking rules;
  • improper towing, transportation of people or dangerous goods;
  • damage to road structures.

Cases when the discount is not provided

Discounts will not be given to those who have committed serious violations. First of all, the discount does not apply to punishment resulting from an accident with victims - if someone has minor or moderate injuries (severe ones are not mentioned in the Code of Administrative Offenses, because an accident with severe injuries is a criminal article, not an administrative one). Also, drivers who get behind the wheel while intoxicated or hand over control to someone who has been drinking may not count for 50%. If the driver refuses to “breathe into the tube,” then there will be no discount; refusal to undergo an examination is equivalent to admitting to being intoxicated. An attempt to escape from a car after being stopped by a traffic police officer will also have to be paid in full.

Does the 50 percent discount apply for repeat violations?

No. A repeat offense is an offense that has been committed a second time and less than a year has passed between the first and second offenses. Such violations must be paid in full; the 50% discount does not apply to them.

Traffic police fines with a 50% discount, we share our experience

From January 1, 2016, drivers and vehicle owners can pay traffic police fines with a 50% discount. The main condition is that the payment must be made no later than 20 days from the date of the decision. In this article:

Which fines can be paid at a discount and which ones cannot?

The discount does not apply to all types of violations. The discount does not apply to a number of repeated violations, as well as to serious traffic violations (for example, driving while intoxicated). Below is a complete list of violations that cannot be paid in the amount of half the fine:

  • repeated offenses (part 1.1 of article 12.1, parts 6 and 7 of article 12.9, part 3 of article 12.12, part 5 of article 12.15, part 3.1 of article 12.16 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation);
  • driving a vehicle by a driver who is in a state of intoxication, transferring control of a vehicle to a person who is in a state of intoxication (Articles 12.8, 12.26 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation);
  • a violation that resulted in the infliction of slight or moderate harm to the health of the victim (Article 12.24 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation);
  • if the execution of the decision was delayed or spread out by the judge or the State Traffic Inspectorate;
  • fines of the State Public Institution "AMPP" - Moscow Parking for non-payment of parking (liability for this offense is provided for in Article 8.14 of the Administrative Code of Moscow).

In other cases, it is enough to pay only half of the fine.

Fine payment deadline with 50% discount

If the discount applies to your fine, then you can pay half of its amount within 20 days from the date of the decision.

The date of issue is the day when the traffic police decides to hold you accountable and issues a resolution to impose a fine. It often happens that the camera will record your violation today, and the decision will be issued only in a week or even a month (maximum 2 months).

“From the date of the decision” means that if you learn about the fine or receive it in the mail after 21 days, the discount will no longer apply.

Here's what the law says about this:

Article 32.2.
Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Execution of the decision to impose an administrative fine .
1.3.
When an administrative fine is paid by a person held administratively liable for committing an administrative offense provided for in Chapter 12 of this Code, with the exception of administrative offenses provided for in Part 1.1 of Article 12.1, Article 12.8, Parts 6 and 7 of Article 12.9, Part 3 of Article 12.12, Part 5 of the Article 12.15, part 3.1 of article 12.16, articles 12.24, 12.26, part 3 of article 12.27 of the Code, no later than 20 days from the date of the decision to impose an administrative fine, an administrative fine may be paid in the amount of half the amount of the imposed administrative fine. If the execution of the decision to impose an administrative fine was delayed or spread out by the judge, body, or official who issued the decision, the administrative fine is paid in full. .

How to pay fines in 2018

Today in Russia, according to the law “On the organization of the provision of state and municipal services”, the following procedure applies:

  • The traffic police, MADI and the State Public Institution “AMPP” are obliged to immediately send data on decisions to the Federal Treasury database (State Information System on State and Municipal Payments or briefly - GIS GMP);
  • credit institutions do not have access to the traffic police database, so they check the presence of your fine in the GIS GMP system;
  • if the fine is not in the GIS GMP, then you won’t be able to pay it - you will have to contact the State Traffic Inspectorate and ask for the fine to be paid in the GIS GMP;
  • if a fine is found, the bank will have to accept your payment and send payment data to the GIS GMP;
  • after this, the traffic police must independently obtain information about payment of the fine from the GIS GMP.

It is not at all necessary to go to the bank, fill out a payment receipt and stand in line. Through Online Traffic Police you can pay off any traffic fine, MADI, AMPP in real time.

To do this, you just need to check the fines on the page (https://onlinegibdd.ru/servisy/proverit_shtrafy/), mark the decisions that you want to pay, go to the payment form, select a method and pay. We will send the money to the traffic police, data to the GIS GMP and monitor the repayment of your fines. And you will receive a payment receipt by email.

How to pay fines at a discount

In order for a fine with a discount to be correctly paid off in all databases, it is necessary that:

  • the bank through which the payment is made immediately sent the payment data to the GIS GMP;
  • the bank transmitted correct information about the date of receipt of your payment to the GIS GMP;
  • the commission was paid in excess of the amount of the decision.

If the discount has already expired, and the bank incorrectly indicated the date of your payment when sending the data, then you risk still owing half the amount of the fine. You will have to deal with this later - with a traffic police inspector or a bailiff.

Some banks try to insure themselves against such technical problems and do not accept payments for fines at a discount if the client came to pay 1-3 days before its (discount) expiration.

When paying through a terminal, the commission may be deducted from the payment amount, and then you will be left with a debt in the treasury database in the amount of this commission.

When paying fines through the Online Traffic Police, the amount due, taking into account the discount, is calculated automatically. You can pay off the fine with a discount on our service until 24 hours of the last 20th day of its validity.

Will the discount remain when appealing the decision?

Only theoretically. Hardly ever. Let's explain why:

  1. Let’s say the decision was made on October 1, 2016. The discount is valid only for the first 20 days, that is, until October 20, 2016 inclusive.
  2. Taking into account the work of the Russian Post, you received a letter with the resolution on 10/07/2016.
  3. A complaint about the resolution was sent to the traffic police on October 10, 2016.
  4. Your request reached the contractor on 10/12/2016.
  5. Add to this date 10 days, during which the traffic police authorities consider the complaint and another couple of days until you receive a response to your application.

Taking into account the time frame for consideration, sending documents, drawing up a complaint and collecting all documents, the 20 days to pay the fine at a discount will already expire. And if your complaint is not satisfied, then you will have to pay a fine of 100%.

It is important to assess your chances of having the order overturned and make a decision taking into account all the circumstances.

However, you can insure yourself. Pay the fine at a discount and go appeal the decision to court. The fact of paying a fine does not mean that you agree with the conclusions of the guardians of the law. If such a fine is canceled, you can always return the money paid.

I paid on the last day, will the discount be taken into account?

Based on our experience, not all banks are able to correctly process fine payments on the last day of the discount. Some credit institutions may play it safe and not accept your payment if there are 1-3 days left before the discount ends.

When paying through onlinegibdd.ru or mobile applications: Android traffic police fines or iOS traffic police fines, you can pay the fine at a discount until 23 hours 59 minutes of the last 20th day from the date of the decision. If for any reason such payment fails, we will pay the full amount of the fine for you.
