An extreme show on Channel One, in which stars show the wonders of balancing act.
The premiere of the project “ Without Insurance ” is January 31, 2016 on Channel One.
In the show “ Without Insurance ,” Russian celebrities will be tested for strength. Gymnastic tricks in the arena and under the circus dome are performed by Maria Kozhevnikova, Nastasya Samburskaya, Kristina Asmus, Elena Temnikova, Kostya Tszyu, Roza Syabitova, Vitaly Gogunsky, Olympic champion Alexey Voevoda, Dmitry Pevtsov, VJ MTV Alexander Anatolyevich. However, this composition of participants subsequently changed due to injuries that the artists received.
As bobsledder Alexey Voevoda said, for him participation in the show “ Without Insurance ” is a new challenge, an opportunity to test his strength in such difficult disciplines as gymnastics and acrobatics. He admitted that he is not interested in winning the show - it is more important for him to overcome himself in a new role.
The chairman of the jury of the “ Without Insurance ” show was Irina Viner , the head coach of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics team. One of the judges is gymnast Larisa Latynina , nine-time Olympic champion, European and world champion, Honored Master of Sports of the USSR. Comedian Vladimir Vinokur . The fourth jury member will be alternate.
The hosts of the show “ Without Insurance ” are Yana Churikova and Kirill Nabutov .
About the show Without insurance
The project involves 18 couples, each of which consists of a professional gymnast and a TV, cinema, or sports star.
For several months, the participants prepared to show aerobatics on the uneven bars, balance beam, on the mat and in the air. Desperate daredevils train daily, trying themselves in four types of gymnastics (aerial, artistic, artistic and trampoline).
They learn gymnastic techniques under the guidance of experienced mentors. Masters of the highest category work with them, ready to share invaluable experience and secrets of their craft.
Responsible for artistic gymnastics on the project are four-time Olympic champion Alexei Nemov and Anton Golotsutskov , head floor exercise coach Sergei Grechushkin and director of aerial routines Oksana Druzhinina from the Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, honored coach of Russia and director of the Russian rhythmic gymnastics team Irina Zenovka , honored master of sports of Russia in sports acrobatics and two-time world champion Zhanna Shulaeva , president of the Russian Trampoline Federation Nikolai Makarov .
The jury members give scores for the performances using a ten-point system, assessing the complexity of the set of elements, technique, artistry and courage of the participants. Those with the fewest points are eliminated. If several pairs have the same low score, they perform a vault over the horse. The one with the least points on the jump is eliminated.
Participants' training began in September 2015. Desperate daredevils learned gymnastic techniques every day under the guidance of experienced mentors. But even multiple Olympic champions in artistic gymnastics are not able to prevent injuries to their players.
So, Maria Kozhevnikova miraculously did not break her neck. “Sometimes the risk has consequences... The neck crunch was terrible... The whole day went to the doctors: MRI, CT scan, thank God everything turned out okay. I was born wearing a shirt. PS I’ll tell you later how I performed the trick and fell, now I don’t even want to remember it, now it’s only positive that the cervical spine is intact!” — the actress wrote on her microblog.
Nastasya Samburskaya severely sprained her ankle, Kristina Asmus developed a crack in her ankle. Viewers of Channel One will be able to assess whether the spectacle was worth such sacrifices.
After two releases, the “ Without Insurance ” project left one of the strongest participants, according to the coaches, boxer Konstantin Tszyu . And he did it right during filming.
Konstantin presented a program on uneven bars, which was highly rated by the jury. Only Larisa Latynina made a remark: “You did several hands over. This is considered a gross violation. That’s why I’m giving you a point lower.”
Konstantin immediately began to protest that this was what he was taught in training. The coaches with whom Tszyu rehearsed the performance supported the participant. “Since this was intended, I will correct my assessment and give you ten points,” the judge changed her decision. “And I want to say that I’m leaving the project,” Konstantin answered and went backstage.
Figure skater Alexey Yagudin replaced boxer Konstantin Tszyu.
On April 23, the participants of the “ Without Insurance ” project approached the first milestone - the last qualifying day of the competition. In this episode, the artists perform routines in two disciplines: aerial gymnastics and floor exercise. They performed not with one, but with several professional gymnasts.
Still in the fight: Maria Kozhevnikova and Vladimir Efimov, Alexey Yagudin and Anastasia Eremeeva, Rosa Syabitova and Dmitry Sorokin, Ivan Skobrev and Anastasia Burdina, Konstantin Solovyov and Alexandra Demyanets, Elena Berezhnaya and Roman Petukhov, Anton Bogdanov and Alsou Kiss, Irina Saltykova and Nikita Onishchenko, Evgeny Papunaishvili and Leila Gruzdeva, Daria Ekamasova and Vasily Onishchenko, Alexey Voevoda and Daria Eremeeva, Victoria Bonya and Yuri Tyukin, Svetlana Feofanova and Victor Marchenko.
Show Without insurance. Quarterfinals
On May 7, Channel One viewers were able to see the quarterfinals of the show “ Without Insurance ”. It is clear that the stakes were higher than ever before. Based on the results of the performances, one couple will leave the project. But this is a show where contestants perform some really dangerous stunts, and there's always the possibility that someone will have to walk right out of the arena.
In this issue, the participants showed performances in two disciplines: rhythmic gymnastics and artistic gymnastics, which will be represented by parallel bars and vault.
Still in service: Maria Kozhevnikova and Vladimir Efimov , Alexey Yagudin and Anastasia Eremeeva, Rosa Syabitova and Dmitry Sorokin, Ivan Skobrev and Anastasia Burdina, Konstantin Solovyov and Alexandra Demyanets, Elena Berezhnaya and Roman Petukhov, Irina Saltykova and Nikita Onishchenko, Evgeniy Papunaishvili and Leila Gruzdeva, Daria Ekamasova and Vasliy Onishchenko, Alexey Voevoda and Daria Eremeeva, Svetlana Feofanova and Victor Marchenko .
Show Without insurance. The final
On May 28, 2016, the first season of the extreme show “ Without Insurance ” ended on Channel One.
Rosa Syabitova performed as a guest of the final. And she returned to the project in a new image.
The final issue was opened by Alexey Voevoda. He showed a new side of himself in the issue “Moscow Mischievous Reveler.” Svetlana Feofanova’s performance was so technical that Mikhail Boyarsky, who sat on the jury that evening, even offered her to give a master class to the Russian national football team!
Evgeniy Papunaishvili did not just perform with the tape - he danced with it.
Well, when Maria Kozhevnikova performed with the ribbon, Elena Isinbaeva could not restrain herself and began to cry. However, during this touching number all the judges had wet eyes. However, the number of Berezhnaya, spinning with a ribbon in a waltz, was still, in the opinion of the jury, stronger.
Without insurance
Without insurance - Channel One show about how stars become gymnasts
Russian stars have already been tested on ice skating in the show “Ice Age”, introduced to the world by dolphins in the program “Together with Dolphins”, they jumped from heights in the program “Tower” and transformed into famous performers in the program “Exactly the Same”. Channel One has prepared a new talk show that will test Russian public figures for endurance, courage and passion. “Without Insurance” is a program in which you will have to show your character, even despite pain and injuries.
In the new project, the stars will find themselves in a circus arena, where they will be taught gymnastics and dangerous tricks. All this will take place under the supervision and guidance of professional gymnasts. Among them: Alexey Nemov - Olympic champion and magazine editor; Anton Golotsutskov is an Olympic bronze medalist, European and Russian champion. The peculiarity of this show is that the stars will have to learn complex elements and perform them under the dome, and all this without insurance! Many injuries have already occurred during the filming of this project. Christina Asmus, a theater and film actress, was injured and her place was taken by socialite, model and presenter Victoria Bonya. Nastasya Samburskaya was also injured and she sprained her leg. And this is just the beginning!
Among the project participants are athletes, actors, TV presenters, singers and even State Duma deputy Maria Kozhevnikova. A lot of training and performances await them, and all this is under the control of the program’s jury: Irina Viner is a rhythmic gymnastics coach, Larisa Latynina is a Soviet gymnast and Olympic champion. Also among the controllers and critics are pop stars Philip Kirkorov and Vladimir Vinokur.
Without insurance season 2
In mid-March 2016, the first season began airing, another exciting, extreme show, produced by Channel 1. Based on the information received, former State Duma deputy and athlete Alina Kabaeva agreed to the role of host of the program.
The exact release date for season 2 of the show Without Insurance has not been set; according to official representatives of Channel One, the premiere of the episodes will take place in April 2017.
The program “Show without insurance” on Channel 1 includes competitions in rhythmic gymnastics, only the stunts will be performed not by professional athletes, but by Russian pop, theater and film actors.
A few weeks ago, the president of the All-Russian Sports Federation confirmed that Alina Kabaeva will become the host of the program.
Let us remind you that Alina, the 2004 Olympic champion in the individual all-around program, also won bronze in the same style in 2000. In addition, she is an Honored Master of Sports of the Russian Federation, became European champion five times, and world champion twice.
The concept of the TV show will be based on the already developed scenario of “Ice Age,” where the actors honed their skills in figure skating.
The performances of the participants will be in pairs, and the jury members will also sit; specific names have not yet been disclosed, neither the participants of the show itself nor the judges.
What is known is that the casting of participants took place 2 weeks before the start of filming in Moscow on September 26-28.
There were some snags in the release of the project, due to the fact that the idea of the show itself is not unique and has already been patented by the BBC Worldwide corporation, which, in turn, is categorically against selling the license to the Russian company Red Square and Channel One, all this due to the unstable situation in the world and Western sanctions.
Currently, all the nuances have been settled, we are looking forward to the premiere.
When will a new fine of 5,000 rubles be introduced for lack of compulsory motor liability insurance?
- The fact that the fine for lack of compulsory motor liability insurance has increased since January 1, 2019 is not true.
- Information about a promotion in the very near future is also a myth. Today, this is just a proposal from a deputy, which has been taken seriously.
- Current fines for driving without insurance range from 500 (if the driver is not included in the policy) to 800 rubles (if there is no policy or it is expired).
The introduction of a new increased fine for the absence of an MTPL policy in the amount of 5,000 rubles is currently being actively discussed by the authorities. Such a measure is necessary, in their opinion, due to the growing number of accidents with uninsured motorists and the growing difference between the high cost of the policy and the currently low amount of the fine. When is the change in the fine of 5 thousand rubles expected to come into force, is it true that this has already happened since January 1, 2018, with reference to official sources of information, we present in the article.
What's happened?
At the beginning of January 2019, one State Duma deputy said that too many drivers drive without compulsory motor liability insurance. And he gave statistics. True, without citing sources, that out of 50 million drivers in Russia, a million drive without a policy. And also that he recently got into an accident with a driver without an insurance contract. And he proposed increasing the fine for driving without insurance to 5,000 rubles instead of the current 800.
By the way, the statistics on the Internet have slightly different information. According to Autostat, at the beginning of 2018, there were 50 million cars in the Russian Federation (not drivers - the latter even logically should be more). But there are much fewer MTPL policies sold - according to statistics from the Russian Union of Auto Insurers for 2018 - only 40 million. It turns out that only 70% of cars in our country have insurance, the rest do not.
But that's not what this is about. And about the proposal itself to increase the penalty for driving without compulsory motor liability insurance by 6 times - up to 5 thousand.
The reasons given for this are:
- the average price of insurance for 2019 is just over 5 thousand rubles, which is much more than a fine of 800 rubles, and with the new MTPL tariffs introduced on January 9, 2019, the average cost of the contract should increase even more; thus, drivers prefer to pay a small fine rather than spend money on an insurance policy;
- the number of traffic police inspectors on the road has sharply decreased in recent years, and cameras have not yet begun to issue fines for driving without compulsory motor insurance, so the risk of a fine is reduced for drivers who refuse a motor vehicle license.
5000 fine from January 1 - is it true?
Not really. The introduction of a penalty of 5,000 rubles is indeed taking place, but for now it is still a proposal. Even the draft law on amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses is not ready.
Therefore, the information that a new fine of 5 thousand rubles for lack of compulsory motor liability insurance was introduced on January 1, 2019 is not true. And it won’t be introduced in January. And even, most likely, in February and March, because the new law will not have time to pass 3 readings in the State Duma and come into force.
New-old toughening of punishment
In fact, there have already been several attempts to increase liability for driving without insurance:
- the last time before this, in 2018, the head of the RSA proposed increasing the fine if the driver does not have MTPL insurance, from 800 to 8 thousand rubles - 10 times, but the proposal was not successful,
- Previously, another deputy proposed raising the fine for driving without a policy to 2,500 rubles, citing the small increase by the fact that it would soon be possible to issue it on cameras that record traffic violations, but then the law was not adopted either.
But the Internet is replete with much more cases of attempts to pass a new law to increase the fine for the lack of compulsory motor liability insurance and, fortunately or unfortunately, most of them remain myths.
How much is the fine for driving without MTPL insurance today?
As of 2019, there are 3 penalties for driving without an insurance policy, and they depend on the circumstances of the violation:
- A traffic police officer will write you 800 rubles if you drive a car without a signed insurance contract or if your compulsory motor liability insurance has expired (part 2 of article 12.37 of the Code of Administrative Offenses),
- A driver driving a car faces 500 rubles if he is not included in the insurance policy (Part 1 of the same article),
- the same 500 rubles await you if you do not have a paper policy in your car or a printout of it (for e-OSAGO) - part 2 of article 12.3 of the Administrative Code.
There are no other types of additional penalties for lack of insurance: no evacuation to a special parking lot, no deprivation of rights, arrest, prohibition of operation and other measures.
What if the fine increases to 5000?
In this case, there will be a reason to think about buying insurance if you have not already done so, since the amount of a fine of 5 thousand rubles will already be close to the average cost of the insurance policy.
In addition, such a driver may soon receive a letter of happiness with such an amount by mail from cameras that automatically record traffic violations. True, as the traffic police report, no more than once a day.
In addition, you should remember the following subtleties of the fine for driving without MTPL insurance:
- it can be paid with a 50% discount in the first 20 days from the date of the decision (Part 1.3 of Article 32.2 of the Administrative Code),
- if you do not pay it within the prescribed period of 60 days (plus 10 days for the resolution to enter into force after issuance), then it may increase 3 times - Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code provides for the imposition of a double fine for failure to pay the first.
But the main risk is not even the increased fine for the lack of compulsory motor insurance, but the risk of being guilty of an accident. And the traffic police statistics are inexorable.
How long can you drive without compulsory motor liability insurance in 2019?
From July 1, 2017, the rules of the law on compulsory motor liability insurance have changed. The new rules cancel the deferment for re-issuing an expired policy and require car owners to insure their civil liability within 10 days after purchasing the vehicle. To avoid getting a fine, you need to know exactly when and how long you can drive without compulsory motor insurance. We have grouped the information and compiled a memo for drivers, which took into account all the nuances.
How long does it take to get insurance when buying a new car?
After purchasing a vehicle, it should be insured and registered with the traffic police.
The Federal Law on Compulsory Motor Liability Insurance dated April 25, 2002 N 40-FZ has been amended several times. The latest edition came into force on July 1, 2017. It says: if a person bought a car, he must insure it within 10 calendar days.
The date of purchase is specified in the purchase and sale agreement. It is from this number that time is required to be counted. While the documents are being prepared, it is advisable for the driver to carry the DCP with him and present it along with his driver’s license when checking on the road.
When purchasing a car at a dealership, you have the opportunity to receive compulsory motor insurance immediately. There are always insurance company consultants in stores, with whom it is easy to conclude an agreement. The buyer has the right to refuse the service and take out a policy in another place within the period of time established by law.
The cost of compulsory insurance is affected by:
type of vehicle;
for what purposes will the car be used;
owner's driving experience;
To apply for a policy, individuals must prepare:
passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
driver's licenses of people who need to be included in the MTPL;
Is it possible to drive a car with expired insurance?
The insurance is valid for a certain period. Most often, compulsory motor liability insurance is issued for 1 year. Previously, 30 calendar days were allocated for re-registration. The grace period has now been cancelled. The policy becomes invalid immediately upon termination of the contract with the insurance company.
In order not to violate the law, the motorist should clearly remember the date of the agreement. He must contact the insurance company at least one day before the expiration of the compulsory motor liability insurance period.
You can calculate and reissue your policy online on the official website of many insurance companies. The sequence of actions is simple:
You need to register on the site.
Calculate the cost of the policy using an online calculator.
Pay for the purchase with a bank card.
Receive supporting documents and insurance by email.
The buyer does not need to certify the policy with a seal. The electronic version is the original OSAGO.
On February 15, 2018, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation issued Decree No. 4723-U. The regulator has made changes to the requirements for the use of electronic documents for civil liability insurance. Now e-MTPL comes into force 3 days after registration, so bank employees recommend paying for the purchase in advance.
You can apply for a car title for a new car only at the office of the insurance company. It is impossible to obtain the document electronically, since the vehicle data has not yet been entered into the unified OSAGO database.
When can you drive without insurance?
Federal Law No. 40-FZ of April 25, 2002, amended on December 29, 2017, in Art. 4 clause 3 provides for cases in which registration of compulsory motor liability insurance is not required.
You own a vehicle whose maximum speed is limited to 20 km/h.
The driver drives a vehicle registered in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
The car is registered abroad and insured by an international insurance system.
The vehicle moves with the help of non-wheeled propulsion systems: sleds, caterpillars, etc.
I own a trailer for a car.
Driving without compulsory motor liability insurance: common misconceptions and myths
On online forums, it is easy to read messages from people who do not understand the laws and spread false information about applying for insurance. We have collected the most popular myths and misconceptions of car owners.
Despite the fact that the thirty-day grace period that was provided for policy renewal was abolished in 2009, some motorists are confident that they can still drive without compulsory motor liability insurance for a month after the end of their insurance.
There are erroneous statements that when managing by proxy, there is no need for a policy. This is wrong. If the owner of the vehicle has issued a power of attorney for another person, the person’s data must be included in the policy. Civil liability does not apply to the car, but to the driver. It is taken over by the person driving the vehicle.
Some smart people advise purchasing a fake policy. This is a useless and dangerous idea. A traffic police officer can verify the authenticity of insurance in a few minutes. For falsifying documents, the driver faces not only administrative, but also criminal liability.
Among the common myths, there is often an opinion that in the absence of compulsory motor liability insurance, the license plate number is removed from the car and it is evacuated to an impound lot. Traffic police officers do not have this right. If this happens, the actions can be easily challenged in court.
When purchasing or inheriting a car, the law gives a ten-day period for registration of compulsory motor liability insurance, but you should not abuse the opportunity. No one is protected from troubles on the road. If an accident occurs while insurance has not yet been obtained, the owner will have to pay all costs out of pocket.
